Hey Sam, thank you for the great course. Have you had any experience with alternative medicine products? Half of my products get disapproved, it says

“Forbidden pharmaceuticals or products making misleading claims, Health in personalized advertising” even though we aren't doing any misleading.

Is there a website or place one can go to see what types of words or claims might get disapproved?

Thanks again.

Hi Vincent,

I'm not sure about the website, but one of our senior account managers gave the following advice: “Misleading health claims can happen, for example, when you describe how your product can cure or improve your health, but Google can't see proof of this. Usually, websites that receive this message don't have any certification or license that can back these claims. Another scenario could be that you are using certain words that triggered this on your product titles or descriptions, such as “feel better with” or something similar.”

I hope that helps.
