Hey, I have a question about the negative keywords. So when customers search for a specific brand + the keyword of my product, would you also exclude those? Or do you only exclude keywords which are completely irrelevant? How specific are we trying to be? Thanks in advanced

Hi Noah,

It depends on what the campaign set-up is. If we're going for full non-brand, then I would exclude “brand + keyword”.
