Access Guide

The following section is a guide for granting the necessary access to your accounts to complete the audit.

Google Merchant Center Access

Google Merchant Center is the platform that connects your store's policy and product information to Google Ads.

Access is required so that we can audit the account and address issues.

✅ You will retain full control of the account and may remove access anytime.

❌ We will not be able to conduct the audit until this is complete.

Steps to provide access:

Click the gear icon on the upper mid-right navigation bar of your dashboard
Select Account access
Click on + Add user
Enter our email: analytics@keycommerce.com, and click Add user
On the next page, select the level of user access: Admin
Click Add user

Google Ads

Access is required so that we can contact Google support regarding your suspension.

✅ You will retain full control of the account and may remove access anytime.

❌ We will not be able to conduct a complete audit until this is done.

Steps to provide access:

Log into your Google Ads account
Click Tools and settings on the upper mid-right navigation bar of your dashboard
Select Access and Security
Click the ➕ icon
Enter the email analytics@keycommerce.com
Select the account access level: Admin
Click Send invitation

Google Analytics (GA4)

Access is recommended so that we can comprehensively investigate the cause of your suspension.

✅ You will retain full control of the account and may remove access anytime.

❌ We will not be able to conduct the audit until this is complete.

Steps to provide access:

Click the Admin gear icon at the bottom left of your dashboard
Click Account Access Management
Click the blue + icon at the top right and select Add users
Enter this email: analytics@keycommerce.com
Select Standard or Read-only permissions
Click Add

eCommerce platform

Access to your ecommerce platform is required so that we can check:

✅ You will retain full control of the account and may remove access anytime.

❌ We will not be able to conduct the audit until this is complete.

Each plugin you have installed as a potential cause for the suspension.
The discount codes (another potential cause for suspension).
The feed (if you are using a feed app, we can adjust the feed to fix disapprovals).
