Step 1: Please provide us account access:

Google Merchant Center Access

We need access to GMC so that we can audit the account.

*Please note that KeyCommerce may assign additional required team members access to the account.

You will retain full control of the account and may remove access anytime.

We will not be able to start the audit until this is complete.

Steps to provide access:

1. Click the gear icon on the upper mid-right navigation bar of your dashboard

2. Select Account access

3. Click on + Add user

4. Enter our email: analytics@keycommerce.com, and click Add user

5. On the next page, select the level of user access: Admin

6. Click Add user

*Please ensure you provide admin level access

Why do we need access?

We need to check:

– Each plugin you have installed as a potential cause for the suspension.

– The discount codes (another potential cause for suspension).

– The feed (if you are using a feed app, we can adjust the feed to fix disapprovals).

Please share your Shopify collaborator code, and we will request access that you can approve on your side.

Step 2: Fill out this form to confirm that you have provided access:

If your store is on Shopify, please share the collaborator access code (tutorial on how to find this code here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CgktAnb7GlQ)
Please add us to your platform as an admin user with our email analytics@keycommerce.com.
