Mentorship Agreement
We’re here to make your business better and life easier.
To that end, we’ll forgo a long and lengthy contract and outline the mentorship agreement in clear, simple language.
The service fee is $1,800 USD, payable in full before we begin.
What you get
The payment of this fee guarantees you no fewer than 10 hours of our team's time over the period of 30 days. You can use this time for:
- a thorough audit and report of your Google Ads account
- strategy consultation and tactical advice (we tell you what we would do, and then you execute it)
- campaign setup and adjustment
- product feed review
- product feed optimization
- Google compliance site review (to make sure you don't risk an issue with Google's strict policies)
- conversion tracking and attribution audit and fix
- support for any outstanding issues
Our team’s time is at your discretion. There’s an outline provided below that shows how this time is typically spent in this service.
Our team
When we say “our team” we mean:
- Senior Account Manager, who will act as your primary point of contact and will lead your mentorship service.
- Google Compliance & Product Feed Specialist, who—at the direction of the Senior Account Manager—will audit your website and product feed for issues that may hold back or harm your current or future performance with Google Ads.
- Google Conversion Tracking Specialist, who—at the direction of the Senior Account Manager—will thoroughly review and assess your conversion tracking setup.
- Project Manager, who will be available to you for any questions regarding the agreement, such as extensions or pauses.
Our expectations of you
The scope of this mentorship service may require full account access to your:
- Google Ads
- Google Merchant Center
- Google Analytics / Google Analytics 4
- Google Tag Manager
- Google Search Console
- Your eCommerce Platform (Shopify, WooCommerce, WordPress, etc.)
You agree to provide this access where we deem it necessary in the course of providing you mentorship and guidance to the best of our ability.
You agree to communicate text messages using Slack. This simple messaging system is superior to email for tracking the many threads that develop over the course of a service. Our clients all love it and we’re sure you will too.
Also, we kindly ask that you show up to any scheduled calls on time.
What does 10 hours of mentorship usually look like?
It’s different for everyone, of course. You’ll have full discretion as to how you spend our time in order for you to get maximum benefit from the service.
For your reference, here is a “typical” mentorship schedule.
First week
- Intro call (60 minutes)
- Account audit delivered by video with accompanying notes (2 hours)
- Merchant Center and website compliance review with provided notes (2 hours)
- Conversion tracking review with provided results and recommendations (1 hour)
- Questions answered by Slack (15 minutes)
Second week
- Follow up call (30 minutes)
- Provide tasks/recommendations for you to execute in account (30 minutes)
- Questions answered by Slack (15 minutes)
Third week
- Follow up call (30 minutes)
- Provide tasks/recommendations for you to execute in account (30 minutes)
- Questions answered by Slack (15 minutes)
Fourth week
- Wrap-up up call (60 minutes)
- Questions answered by Slack (15 minutes)
What happens if we go over 10 hours?
We work hard to be efficient with our time so that you get indisputable value for it. However, sometimes you’ll have more questions or requests than we can answer within 10 hours.
Though we typically charge $240 USD per hour, if you’re still within the 30-day window of having started the service we only charge $180 USD per additional hour.
This must be paid before further hours are committed by the team.
